Building Skill, Purpose, and Pathways to Prosperity
At XyayX The Movement, our Workforce Development Program is rooted in a commitment to equity, community transformation, and lifelong learning. We serve young people, adults, and returning citizens from historically underserved communities by equipping them with real-world skills, job readiness training, and pathways to careers in high-demand fields.
