The mission and purpose of Project FLIP is to systematically increase the financial literacy of the black community within the city of New York. This program is in response to vast financial illiteracy and economic disparities found with the black community. The plague of financial illiteracy has unfortunately added to the un-presented economic inequalities suffering black community in New York City. The impact of poor financial decision-making is readily apparent in the black community; however, beyond the typical negative consequences, such as poor credit ratings, denial of credit, and even increased difficulties in obtaining a residence the black community is systematically ushering in generational ignorance when entire communities all are financially illiterate.

• Events centered around financial leteracy held at  popular locations, community centers, library’s,

• Free 1 on 1 counseling sessions on credit repair/advancing techniques

• Free classes that teach the purpose and effective uses of credit

• Maximize the awareness of black owned/operated banks through the strategic Sponsorship of community organizations, programs, businesses 

• Assists business owners with business credit development and financing
